  • Are you talking about hard to talk about things?
  • Is communication direct?
  • Do you know how to identify a trustworthy person?
  • Do you trust yourself?
  • Can you name your feelings?
  • Do you express emotions other than anger?

If you answered NO to some or all of these questions, the unspoken rules may be taking up space in your home.
