Clients may also enter treatment when there is not a specific concern identified. Therapy can be helpful when you are struggling but unsure why or simply need a fresh perspective or new direction. Through the support and guidance provided, therapy can help you live a healthy and balanced life.
I work with adolescents, teens, adults, individuals, couples, families, men, and women. I am also connected to several referral sources should an alternative course of treatment be appropriate.
The following therapeutic groups are made available to meet the needs of clients:
- Recovery: Achieving a Balanced Lifestyle
- Adult Children of Addicts and Alcoholics
- Families and Friends of Addicted Individuals
- Parenting Support: Beyond the Basics
- Managing Anxiety and Stress through Mindfulness Techniques
New clients are afforded a free, confidential twenty (20) minute phone consultation. During this time we will discuss your concerns and formulate an appropriate course of treatment.
Clinical supervision is available to Master’s level clinicians seeking licensure as an LMFT or LPC. Supervision is provided in both group and individual settings. Please contact via phone or email to determine availability. For Pennsylvania’s licensure standards please visit their website here.
